Episode Overview
Ruth and Pauline stumble upon a used pregnancy test in Erica's trash and notice the positive result, leading them to believe Erica is pregnant. However, Hilton draws a different conclusion. Erica's situation is already complicated as she’s living with her parents during renovations on her new Manhattan place, and Hilton is allergic to her cat. Things take a turn when Erica's friend Stephanie visits and inadvertently leaves her own positive test behind. This miscommunication sparks a series of misunderstandings: Ruth and Pauline think Erica is expecting, Hilton believes he and Ruth are about to become parents again, and they all mistakenly assume that Griffin is the father of Erica's imaginary baby.
