King Plasto has stolen raw plastic powder to produce Frerp, a unique type of plastic he plans to use against the Super Friends. He has been hijacking every delivery of the powder destined for the government space research station, aiming to exploit it for his own schemes. Determined to stop his tyranny, the Super Friends embark on a mission to put an end to his wicked plans.
