Super Friends (1973)

Episode Overview

An errant scientist schemes to undermine the space program through the use of androids, but the Super Friends intervene to thwart his plans. As they witness the Apollo 20 launch, neither they nor the authorities realize that the crew has been swapped with androids. The mission ends in disaster when Apollo 20 crashes back to the planet. Dr. Rebos then demands that the government cease all space endeavors or he will sabotage the upcoming manned mission to Mars.
