Episode Overview

Ainsley demonstrates that grandmothers really do have the best recipes. He reminisces about a warm gold-top Irish stew his friend's granny used to make and sets out to recreate it. His friend Brian Turner joins him, preparing a traditional sage and chicken cobbler based on a cherished family recipe. They receive a visit from Jessica Plummer, known for her roles in "EastEnders" and "I'm A Celebrity..." Meanwhile, Ainsley whips up a beloved Lancastrian treat: deliciously buttery Eccles cakes.
