Primeval: New World (2012)

Episode Overview

On December 18, 1930, in Chicago's southside, Herbie Catcher finds himself in a rundown pool hall, playing 8-ball for fifty cents a game. Unfortunately, his lack of skill leads to him losing all his cash to Cooker. Herbie's closest friend, Josh, a kind blind man who works at the pool hall, reassures him, saying, "You'd be amazed at what I can see; I'm like an owl in the dark." (His nickname is "Owl.") Unable to earn money through pool and only working as a busboy, Herbie often relies on tipping Eliot Ness to make ends meet.
