Episode Overview

Following the tragic loss of his fiancée, Liu Kang is confronted by the sorcerer Shang Tsung, who presents him with a tempting proposal. Shang offers Liu the chance to exact vengeance on those responsible for the pain in Earthrealm, but only if he agrees to compete for Outworld in the Mortal Kombat tournament.
