Episode Overview

The lifeless body of journalist Ryota Ishiguro is discovered along the riverbank. Although he drowned, his body is strangely dry. As Reiko delves deeper into the investigation, she uncovers a connection to Shiho and Satoshi Kambara, a devoted couple from whom Ishiguro had been extorting money. They maintain they have an alibi. However, things take a surprising turn when a silver spoon engraved with "Shiho to Leo" is found, shifting the focus of the case entirely.
