Episode Overview
While driving through a quaint town, Tony and Roger accidentally tap the rear of a car ahead. The husband, spotting a chance for a payday, theatrically collapses in agony, with his wife supporting the ruse. Rather than being charged for the minor accident, Tony is arrested when he tries to leave, suspecting a scam. He asks Roger to contact Dr. Bellows for assistance, but he is apprehensive about involving Jeannie, fearing her interference might complicate matters. Roger informs Dr. Bellows about the fraudulent scheme, and he promises to help. Meanwhile, Jeannie learns of Tony's predicament and bails him out, along with a drunken man. However, Tony insists she return them both to jail, determined to clear his name in court. Will Jeannie respect his wishes, or will she interfere, jeopardizing his chances of winning against the fraudsters?
