Troy Landry, known as the 'King of the Swamp,' takes his longtime alligator hunting partner, Pickle Wheat, under his wing to teach her the ropes of Python hunting. However, even seasoned hunters can end up with their share of injuries. Meanwhile, veteran snake hunter Bill Booth teams up with Florida hunter Tes Lee, and they must learn to collaborate effectively if they want to tackle the rising Python numbers. Elsewhere, Zak and newcomer Aaron navigate an ancient canal system in search of Pythons and find themselves in precarious situations. Dusty Crum faces challenges as the battle for the Everglades intensifies right at his doorstep.
