Episode Overview

Zel, a Man of the Cold, finds himself imprisoned and facing trial for a crime he didn't commit. During a short encounter with him, Cal discovers that Zel possesses telepathic abilities. Liam, who appears to have a past connection with Zel, steps up to defend him. Unfortunately, despite Liam's relentless efforts, Zel is found guilty and sentenced to death. Determined to right the wrong, Cal helps Zel break free, uncovering along the way that their lives may be intertwined in ways he never expected.
