Marcus Wareing tasks two chefs with butchering a chicken, deboning the thighs, and preparing them with asparagus in a rich brandy, mushroom, and mustard cream sauce—all within a tight 20-minute window. Meanwhile, the other two contestants face Monica Galetti's challenge, where they must craft an elegant fruit tart filled with berry compote, piped pistachio chantilly, and topped with candied pistachios.
