Episode Overview
The four top chefs from this week's heats return for the quarter-final, ready to tackle two challenging tests devised by Monica Galetti and Marcus Wareing. First, they participate in an invention test with a seaside theme, choosing from an array of fish, shellfish, and vegetables. They have just 10 minutes to gather their ingredients and 70 minutes to create their dishes. The judges expect to see not only skill but also creativity in this round. Next, the chefs will serve their creations to two of the UK's sternest food critics, Grace Dent and Tom Parker Bowles. Will their dishes earn praise, or will they fall flat?
