Episode Overview

In this quarter-final, four chefs face an Invention Test where Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti challenge them to whip up a dish centered around cheese. With a diverse selection of cheeses from across the globe at their disposal, they have 10 minutes to choose their ingredients and then 70 minutes to cook and plate their creation. Afterward, they must impress top restaurant critics Tracey MacLeod, Jimi Famurewa, and Jay Rayner with a memorable two-course menu. Only the most skilled chefs will advance to the semi-finals.
