Episode Overview

In a tense elimination round, four chefs battle it out under the sweltering heat, hoping to impress Monica and Gregg. They must showcase their culinary skills by spatchcocking a poussin and whipping up lemon curd as part of a challenging skills test to earn the chance to cook for the esteemed Michel. The three remaining chefs then tackle the first of two demanding challenges judged by Michel and Gregg, creating two dishes in just 50 minutes using fillet of bream. The second challenge, which involves recreating two classic dishes, will be featured in the next episode. Only one chef will advance to the quarter-finals, inching closer to the title of Professional MasterChef.
