MasterChef: The Professionals (2008)

Episode Overview

Four chefs are thrown into a tense elimination challenge. Under the watchful eyes of Monica and Gregg, they must showcase their culinary skills by filleting a bream and cooking one of the fillets to impress the legendary Michel. The three chefs who advance then tackle two more demanding tasks set by Michel and Gregg. They have 50 minutes to prepare two dishes featuring the best end of lamb as the key ingredient. Following that, they must recreate the classic dishes of consomme and a vanilla-studded baked pineapple.
