Episode Overview
In a sweltering challenge, four chefs find themselves in a tense elimination round. Under the watchful eyes of Monica and Gregg, they must showcase their culinary talents through a skills test that involves boning out an oxtail and a palate challenge where they dress a salad. Following this, the remaining three chefs tackle two additional demanding tests for the discerning Michel and Gregg. First, they have just 50 minutes to create two dishes using guinea fowl as the key ingredient. Then, they must replicate the classic dishes of sole duglere and apple beignets drizzled with caramel sauce.
