Episode Overview
Four chefs enter a tense elimination challenge, with Monica Galetti and Gregg observing closely. They must showcase their culinary skills in a rigorous test that involves filleting a flat fish and pan-frying one of the fillets to impress Michel. The three chefs who advance are then put through two additional demanding trials set by Michel and Gregg. First, they have to create two dishes within 50 minutes featuring lamb's kidneys as the main ingredient. After that, they must replicate two classic dishes: brandade de Nimes and madeleines, served with a rich sabayon cream.
