MasterChef: The Professionals (2008)

Episode Overview

Renowned double Michelin-star chef Michel Roux Jr and Masterchef connoisseur Gregg Wallace are on a quest to find a young chef ready to rise to culinary greatness. In the quarter-finals, the six chefs who triumphed in the previous heats must first impress Michel and Gregg by preparing an original dish that showcases their skills and palate. Unfortunately, two will have to leave the competition. The four chefs who remain will then face the challenge of creating a two-course menu for some of the toughest food critics in the UK. Only two of them will advance to the semi-finals.
