Renowned double Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. and MasterChef expert Gregg Wallace are on the lookout for Britain’s next culinary star, accompanied by Michel’s loyal sous chef, Monica Galetti. In a tense elimination round, ten chefs must impress Monica and Gregg to secure the opportunity to cook for Michel. During the six-ingredient invention test, they battle their nerves and have just one hour to showcase their talent, using only duck breast, leeks, blackberries, garlic, thyme, and cinnamon. With Monica's discerning palate at stake, the pressure intensifies, as only five of them will advance to face their final challenge in the next episode, where they’ll compete for the chance to impress the culinary legend himself.
