In this quarter-final round, the top six chefs from the initial heats face the challenge of impressing Michel and Gregg with a dish of their own creation. With a stunning selection of ingredients at their disposal, including John Dory, quail, and oysters, they must craft a single course that dazzles the judges. From this round, just four chefs will advance to face three of the UK's most formidable restaurant critics. These critics expect nothing less than two outstanding courses, and the chefs have just over an hour to deliver an extraordinary menu that will shape their MasterChef destinies. Ultimately, only two of the most skilled chefs will progress to the semi-finals, vying for the chance to be crowned this year's Professional MasterChef.
