In the semi-finals, Marcus and Monica send the contestants to Hibiscus, a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in London's Mayfair, run by the talented chef Claude Bosi. Since its opening in 2007, Claude has built his reputation on creatively reinterpreting classic dishes. The chefs have limited time to perfect his recipes before diving into a demanding three-hour lunch service. With the restaurant bustling, they must work swiftly as Claude observes their every action.
