Renowned Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, the impressive Monica Galetti, and seasoned MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace are on the hunt for rising culinary talents. As the quarter-finals commence, the competition intensifies. The first task for the returning chefs is an Invention Test, but this one comes with a unique twist. Contestants must craft an extraordinary dish using only kitchen scraps and trimmings. Gone are the premium ingredients they typically rely on; instead, they must work with bones, fish skins, overripe fruits, cheese remnants, and stale bread. With the stakes high, Marcus and Monica will determine who has the skill to move forward in the competition.
