When renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Ginsberg arrives at St. Ambrose to help save Kayla, Addison is taken aback to find Amelia Shepherd, Derek's younger sister, among the team. Amelia’s confidence in her ability to save Kayla creates friction between Addison, Sam, and Pete, especially after Dr. Ginsberg states that there’s no hope left. Meanwhile, Charlotte attempts to collaborate with Cooper on a sex education seminar for seniors, but their partnership quickly becomes strained as they navigate their differences.
