Episode Overview
After capturing Dr. Anderson, a talented Allied doctor, Dietrich loses control of his staff car during a fierce sandstorm, sending it tumbling into a ravine. Troy is eager to rescue the doctor but is hindered by the storm. He hears Dietrich's call for help but is skeptical, thinking it might be a trap. Eventually, they decide to act when they learn that the Germans plan to rescue Dietrich too. They successfully retrieve Dr. Anderson, who is unharmed, but find Dietrich injured and trapped beneath the car. Although the doctor initially claims Dietrich is dead, the German groans before they leave. When Troy manages to save Dietrich, he discovers that the doctor had intended to inject him with a lethal dose of morphine. Dietrich then reveals that Anderson is a double agent, but just as they uncover the truth, the Germans arrive to assist their captain, and Anderson is killed.
