To save money, Baines opts to hire undocumented workers at Bayview. Diana believes one inept foreign worker, the gardener, is more than sufficient. After the residents organize a protest, things eventually settle down. Meanwhile, Tom pushes himself too hard in his quest to match Linford Christie’s fitness level, leading to a collapse that prompts Diana to urge him to take a step back and ease off on his intense training.
