Thomas Shelby intends to attend the Cheltenham races to get nearer to Billy Kimber. Aware of Kimber's fondness for attractive women, Thomas invites Grace to join him. At the same time, Thomas is approached by a group of IRA sympathizers who present him with a proposal to purchase the stolen firearms.
