In his battle against the nefarious Mr. Cool, who wields icy rays that freeze people solid, The Blue Falcon accidentally drops his Falcon communicator while attempting to rescue Dog Wonder. Mr. Cool seizes the opportunity, using the communicator to deceive B.F. into thinking he’s Focus One, claiming that Dynomutt is being sent back for reprogramming. Under Cool's control, Dog Wonder is turned into an evil version of himself, threatening not only Blue Falcon's career but also his very life!
