Blue Falcon and Dog Wonder face off against The Worm, a devious mastermind backed by escaped convicts Bugsy Busby and helicopter thief Roto Chopper, who are plotting revenge on Big City. The villains target Big City Tech, the site of a past mishap that transformed Professor Ronald Hickman into The Night Crawler. As Blue Falcon and Dynomutt rush to thwart their heist of a multimillion-dollar computer, Dynomutt's clumsy blunders lead to a wild chase. Ultimately, the daring duo cleverly lures The Worm and his unsettling allies into an underground chase, tricking them into burrowing straight into Big City Prison.
