The team is called in to support the Robbery unit dealing with a series of violent home invasions. Castillo grows worried that the officer leading the investigation—Crockett's former mentor—isn't handling things correctly. This leads to a confrontation between them, putting Crockett in a difficult position as he grapples with his loyalty to his mentor and the need to resolve the case effectively.
