Frustrated by the profit civilian doctors are making from the war, Hawkeye decides to submit a bill to the Army for his medical services. At the same time, Charles is hesitant but agrees to showcase American medical techniques to three Korean medics, only to find himself on the receiving end of their own medical knowledge.
