Episode Overview

Reluctantly, the prime minister opts to sacrifice Momiji to combat the escalating Arigami threat in Japan. Heartbroken over Kusanagi's death, Momiji accepts her grim fate and prepares to go with the authorities. However, the TAC isn’t ready to abandon her. Takeuchi and Kome set out to rescue her. Initially, Momiji resists, believing this is her destined path. Takeuchi delivers a wake-up call, reminding her of their cause and what they stand to lose. With unexpected assistance from Sakura and her pink sea creatures, the trio manages to escape. As they flee, Momiji’s mitama starts to glow, revealing she can sense Kusanagi!
