After a series of unsuccessful efforts to power up the Technodrome, Shredder and Krang devise a final diversion for the Turtles at Fort Charles. Meanwhile, Bebop and Rocksteady take advantage of the chaos by sneaking into the nearby space research facility to steal energy fuel cells.
