Following numerous obstacles, Shredder and Krang manage to siphon off all the electricity in New York, funneling it into a massive transdimensional gateway aimed at transporting Earth into Dimension X. The Turtles face a race against time to thwart their foes and put an end to their plans before Krang's Rock Soldier army can bring devastation to their home.
