As the Turtles face off against a long-neglected, frosty refrigerator, Rocksteady and Bebop hatch a plan to elevate their status as the top mutants at the Technodrome. They dump a vat of mutagen onto the icy landscape, resulting in the emergence of a massive Ice Creature.
