After discovering that Del has proposed to Caroline, Richard sets out to find a new job and ends up being drawn in by his recently divorced career counselor. Meanwhile, Remo and Annie attempt to persuade a doubtful Caroline that she’s unaware of Richard’s true feelings for her—and her own feelings for him as well.
