Alex Polizzi steps in to help more beleaguered businesses, starting with the Fieldhead, a 16-bedroom hotel in Looe, Cornwall, managed by Julian and Gill Peck. Although the hotel boasts breathtaking sea views and a classic style of hospitality, Alex quickly realizes that their outdated practices might be behind the dwindling guest numbers. The complicated booking system and an unsustainable work-life balance threaten not only the hotel's success but also the couple's personal relationship.
