Episode Overview

Alex Polizzi heads to The Richmoor Hotel in Weymouth, Dorset, where Loraine, both the mother and manager, employs several of her seven children. Unfortunately, her nurturing instincts have started to hinder the business, leading to declining service and unrest among the family staff. With challenges ahead, Alex faces the task of addressing the underlying tensions while working to help Loraine regain control and strengthen the hotel’s operations.
