Episode Overview

After Ed and Al encounter a chimera in Lior, they find themselves intrigued by the concept of biological transmutation. Colonel Mustang decides to connect them with Shou Tucker, known as the Life-binding Alchemist, who is an authority on the subject. At the same time, a dangerous serial killer is on the prowl in Central, specifically targeting State Alchemists, creating an unsettling atmosphere for everyone involved.
