Episode Overview

Following the catastrophic tornado outbreak of April 27, 2011, the three storm-chasing teams unite to assist in recovery efforts. Team Tiv sets up in Smithville, Mississippi, while Team Dominator and Team Twistex focus their efforts in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Driven by the devastation they’ve encountered, each team commits to enhancing warning systems and conducting essential research on tornadoes. Team Dominator unveils their upgraded vehicle, the Dominator 2, and tracks a storm threatening one member's childhood home. Meanwhile, Team TWISTEX equips their truck with a new probe and mobile Doppler radar, though they face mechanical setbacks. Team TIV deploys a mobile tornado siren, chasing down a twister to alert residents and capture 3D footage.
