Tour of Duty (1987)

Episode Overview

A USO band featuring three female dancers, a saxophonist, and a singer finishes their show at a remote base and rushes to a helicopter for their next gig, unable to change out of their costumes. Tragically, the helicopter is shot down, killing everyone on board. Meanwhile, Bravo Company is out on a reconnaissance mission, and Taylor, who is leading the team, starts to doubt his sanity when he spots a girl in hot pants and leather boots. The soldiers take the surviving performers with them, but their radio is down due to dead batteries, leaving them unable to call for assistance. The USO members struggle to adapt to their new roles as soldiers.
