After a visit from Dr. Ormerod, a cancer patient passes away unexpectedly, leading the bereaved family to blame him. As a result, Dr. Ormerod finds himself arrested on charges of murder—how will he clear his name? Meanwhile, Dr. Ralph Ellis is running a clinic in the local prison and grows worried about the mental state of one of his patients. When a violent riot erupts, Ralph becomes ensnared in the chaos.
