Episode Overview
After four days of relentless rain, a man discovers a corpse near his car, washed down from the mountains right into his yard. Following the autopsy, Quincy reveals that the deceased succumbed to typhoid, a highly contagious illness. It turns out the man had been clandestinely interred in a mountain cemetery not long ago. Quincy insists on inspecting the entire cemetery for any additional infectious remains, but he faces a mountain of bureaucratic obstacles that make it difficult to obtain the necessary permissions.
