Episode Overview

Dr. Asten's niece finds herself in a car accident caused by drunk driving, leaving Quincy to determine who was behind the wheel: her or her friend, who tragically lost their life in the incident. To gain insight into the challenges of managing their workplace, Asten convinces Quincy to switch roles with him for a day, hoping to understand the complexities of the job.
