Episode Overview

Following an autopsy on a young woman, Quincy uncovers the existence of a man known as "Uncle Harry," who targets vulnerable young girls, particularly runaways arriving in Los Angeles. Teaming up with Carol Treager, who manages a shelter for these girls and is facing eviction, Quincy aims to locate a missing girl last seen with Uncle Harry. Together, they work not only to find the girl but also to secure a new home for Carol and the girls in her care.
