Episode Overview

Four talented chefs, each with remarkable weight-loss journeys, step into the Chopped kitchen ready to compete. They face a mystery basket in the first round containing a fatty protein that tests their commitment to healthy cooking. As they move into the entree round, they must skillfully prepare a fish and reinvent a snack food. When the competition narrows down to the final two fit contestants in the dessert round, the judges eagerly anticipate whether their angel food cake creations will be truly divine.
