In this Chopped showdown, the baskets are filled with items typical of an upscale brunch spread. As the chefs wrap up the appetizer round featuring champagne and caviar, one contestant takes a bold risk that could backfire. In the entrée round, the chefs must creatively combine an extravagant seafood ingredient with pancake mix.
