Episode Overview

Four chefs face the challenge of crafting light meals using baskets filled with unexpected, healthy ingredients. In the initial round, they must prepare flavorful fish dishes that incorporate a unique alternative carbohydrate, but two of the chefs struggle significantly with managing their time.
