Episode Overview

During the third of four preliminary rounds, a fresh batch of enthusiastic teen chefs enters the Chopped Kitchen, ready to showcase their skills by preparing appetizers featuring short ribs. Among the entree basket’s ingredients, a pre-cooked, brightly colored item proves to be quite the challenge for the participants. As they move into the dessert round, a pastry bag filled with pate a choux leaves the young cooks scratching their heads, uncertain about how to incorporate it into their creations.
