Episode Overview

The chefs receive baskets filled with healing ingredients and must create dishes that are both delicious and nutritious. The appetizer basket features a small, nutrient-rich fish that takes center stage, but it's a challenge to pair it with the other mystery items. As the entree round comes to a frantic close, the judges must determine if one contestant's questionable choice to slice beef tenderloin will cost them. In the dessert round, the two remaining chefs scramble to craft their plates using nuts and berries.
