Episode Overview

In the appetizer round, competitors face the challenge of creating dishes with a plate of poutine and a jar of bamboo. The arrival of a whole fish in the second basket leaves some chefs feeling uneasy. As time ticks away, the judges grow anxious, worried that not all the contestants will complete their plates. Moving into the dessert round, the chefs must quickly brainstorm ways to incorporate a vibrant snack food into their sweet creations.
